Details the form asks for

When you send the quote form, it collects the details you type in: your car's year, make and model, whether you have the title, your name, your phone number and the pickup address. It also records which website the request came from (this one).

Why we collect it

We use those details for one purpose: to contact you about buying your car. That means calling you with an offer, arranging a pickup time, and sending a tow truck to the address you gave.

Where it goes

The form sends your request to the lead-handling service we use to receive quote requests, so the request reaches us quickly.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn't use advertising cookies. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

Your choices

You don't have to send the form; you can still read everything on this site. If you've sent a request and want us to delete your details or stop contacting you, tell us through the contact page or on the call.

Children

This website is meant for adults selling a vehicle. We don't knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
